Check out our online inventory, find items you’d like to bid on, wait until auction day and be the highest bidder.

Bid in person.

Provide us with your driver’s license and a valid credit card. Agree to the terms and conditions and you will receive a bidding card.

  • At the Weaver Auction Site, you can pre-register 2 days before the sale or register the day of.
  • Registration for on-site farm sales is only available on the day of the sale.

We ask that customers desiring to have a spending limit of $25,000 have your financial institution provide us with a letter guaranteeing you have sufficient funds. Click here to view a sample of what we would like to see from your financial institution.

Successful bidders are required to pay in addition to the purchase price and additional taxes.

Purchase price of $2,500 or less
*10% administrative fee per lot - minimum of $10

Purchase price over $2,500 
*2.5% administrative fee per lot – minimum of $250 up to a maximum of $950

The administrative fee may be waived for purchases made at on-site farm auctions.

The simplest way to explain the process: We use your money as if you were on site.

Let us know the maximum you’d like to spend and we’ll take care of the rest. Your purchase will be obtained at the lowest bidding increment possible. We will bid on your behalf, going up to and including the maximum amount you specify.

Certified Cheque - no fee
E-Transfer - no fee
Interac - $2 fee
Visa - 2.5%
Master Card - 2.5%
Bank Wire - $17.50

Payments & Removal: Payment of the purchase price, plus applicable taxes, administrative and service fee charges must be made following notification of the successful bid. All payments must be made in Canadian funds. All purchases must be paid within 3 days of the date of the auction. No items may be removed until paid in full including all applicable taxes, administrative and service fees. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month, together with any legal or collection costs incurred by Weaver Bros. Auctions Ltd.
